A stainless steel sampling valve is used for quality control in the food, chemical, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. Also known as a sample valve, it allows operators to collect sterile samples from liquid process lines during or after production.
Sampling valves help improve product safety, reduce the risk of contamination and environmental exposure, and provide a hygienic solution that is easy to clean and maintain.
Operating Principle
The valve cap is removed to actuate the diaphragm, allowing the process liquid to flow through the outlet for sampling. Once sampling is complete, the cap is reinstalled, returning the diaphragm to its sealing position and stopping the flow.
